About Nicole
Real estate has never been just about houses to me — it’s always been about people.
Born and raised in Stockton, I’ve spent my life connected to the surrounding communities and have had the privilege of helping families through some of life’s biggest moments.
I truly love what I do. My favorite part of being a realtor is handing over keys to buyers—especially first-time buyers who never thought owning a home would actually happen for them. Those moments never get old.
Having been in real estate for more than 20 years has given me the opportunity to work through all kinds of markets—from fast-moving seller markets to challenging buyer markets and everything in between.
Every market is different, and understanding how to navigate changing conditions is one of the most valuable things I can offer my clients.
Real estate is not a side job for me, it’s my full-time career and has been for more than two decades.
Buying and selling homes doesn’t just happen Monday through Friday from 9 to 5, which is why being available and accessible to my clients has always been incredibly important to me.
I often say, “I’m available when you are—I work when you don’t,” because evenings, weekends, and busy schedules are simply part of helping people reach their goals.
Buying or selling a home can feel overwhelming, and that's exactly why I stay involved every step of the way—guiding my clients through the process, answering questions, and making sure they feel informed, comfortable and supported from start to finish.
When I’m not helping clients, I’m usually spending time with my husband, family, grandkids, supporting community events, decorating, baking, or cheering on family activities around town.
My goal has always been simple: work hard, communicate honestly, answer the phone, and treat people the way I would want my family treated.
